Important Information About Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $100.
For international orders, shipping rates will be displayed at checkout and depend on your location and the items in your cart.

Turnaround Time

For all non–pre-order items, orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days from the date your order is placed.

Pre-Orders

Estimated ship dates will be provided at checkout.

We do our best to ship pre-orders on or before the estimated date; however, actual shipping times may vary depending on production schedules, high-demand seasons, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be generated by the shipping carrier.
Your tracking information will be automatically emailed to you so you can follow your package every step of the way.
